Gum tissue: It very well may be gingival tissue that is extruding out of what appears to be a non-vital and hopeless tooth. The sooner you get to a dentist the sooner you will determine if the tooth is restorable or needs extraction.

A problem: You need to see a dentist. You shouldnt have any hollow teeth, and nothing in your mouth should be filled with blood.
