Phimosis & balanitis: Phimosis means a tight foreskin, i.e. either difficult or impossible to retract. Balanitis is inflammation of head of penis, usually under a tight foreskin. Bumps under foreskin can be collections of smegma (collections of dead surface skin) due to inability to retract foreskin for adequate hygiene. Best to consult urologist, as circumcision may be necessary.

I think there are two bumps beneath my foreskin, one feels like the ending to the head of the penis, while the other is below that. I have phimosis and haven't pulled the foreskin back enough to see either of the bumps. Should I be concerned?
My penis is very abnormal. The foreskin doesnt come down it just has a hole at the end which is seen when erect. I have looked at phimosis however I cannot feel a head on my penis as in there is no bump. I do not how this can be explained????
