Maybe not yeast: Clotrimazole and miconazole treat yeast infections, but yeast doesn't cause all balanitis. You might have a bacterial infection or just a problem of moisture and hygiene. If all else fails, sometimes circumcision is required to prevent recurrent balanitis, especially if you also have phimosis (restriction that prevents foreskin retraction). See your doctor.
