I had what is known as a "Blind pimple". Usually i pop one and it goes away by morning. However this time i popped it and it is HUGE! it is not red or painful to the touch, yet it is a giant hard lump now. What should I do to make it go down?
I used topical treatments on my acne and some of the blind pimples left a bump as if the head is still underneath. I believe its not scar as i din't pop it. Can i know if it will go away on its own or is there somthing I should do to get rid of it ?
