I had what is known as a "blind pimple". usually i pop one and it goes away by morning. however this time i popped it and it is huge! it is not red or painful to the touch, yet it is a giant hard lump now. what should i do to make it go down?

Leave it alone 1st: If you keep on popping it, the lesion will never go away. I fear however that you might have introduced some germs into the lesion while popping it. If so, you may end up with some pain and pus in a couple more days. It may also be from fluid which may or may not require drainage.
