Injection by derm: "blind pimples" are deep acne lesions that usually do not reach the skin surface. They can't be "popped", so don't try, you'll only make them worse. The best treatment is injection of an anti-inflammatory medication with a very tiny needle. A dermatologist can do that for you. You'll probably also need an antibiotic to prevent formation of further lesions, but the dermatologist will decide that.
