Without even knowing: ..the rest of your question, I can tell you that you need follow up care. It sounds sadly like you're having a miscarriage. HCG can remain positive even for a few days after that. It's important that, if you are having a miscarriage, no placental tissue remains in your uterus. Occasionally further intervention is needed to make sure nothing remains that could cause infection or other problems.
