Is home laser safe on all body parts (even abdominal & chest)? I used to go to do face, neck, armpit, legs, hands & bikini but it's too expensive.

Probably too weak: The home lasers are probably too weak to be effective. However, this remains somewhat unregulated and the effectiveness is not truly known despite many advertisers claims. On the other hand their relatively low energy makes them relatively safe for all areas if you follow the manufacturer's precautions.
