Heel pain: First you would need to have the cause found. Possible ones could be plantar fasciitis - pain on the bottom of the feel usually where the ball merges into the arch. Achilles tendinitis presents with pain on the back of the heel where the achilles tendon attaches itself. Research both and see which one fits your presentation. If none, see podiatrist.

Find out: What it is first but likely plantar fascitis and until you see a doctor use rest, ice, compression and elevation. Stretch foot toward body with a band or towel and take some otc nsaid.
