Immune response: Need to test the function of your antibody responses to vaccines as well. We often obtain the antibody titers to pneumococci and tetanus first. Then repeat the same after you have been vaccinated with the appropriate vaccines in 30-45 days to see if you have an adequate response to the vaccines.
