If you have a sexual partner who has a yeast infection also it can be passed back and forth unless both of you are appropriately treated. If you took diflucan orally, it may not have been strong enough or long enough. For a check on your immune system, I recommend a cbc& differential white cell count,fasting glucose, HgbA1C, IgA,IgM,IgM assay. Avoid antibiotics, avoid very tight jeans & moisture
