Many possible: One of the best options is mindfulness meditation, because it trains you to be present rather than lost in past and future. Also it trains you to respond thoughtfully to situations, rather than react in your habitual knee-jerk patterns (which we all have, not just you!). Additional practices like yoga & tai chi help also. Stress: You can reduce stress by exercising aerobicall for at least 40 minutes 4 to 5 days a week and also by learning to percieve accurately as anxiety is produced by misperceiving situations and interactions. Proper sleep and good nutrition help as well. Also consider usinng the anti-anxiety app on your phone. Best wishes.
