Reduce Stress!: When you know the cause is stress, it is best to reduce the cause. Stress reduction includes, eating right, healthy living, hydration, sleeping enough, relaxing and generally taking care of yourself. Other things that might help include finding time for yourself daily - to read, meditate, take a walk, get a massage, or take a nap. Also, talking to a psychologist or counselor may be in order.
