Relax.: It is common to have occasional changes in the length of your period. If you are not at risk for pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases, and it does not happen again, then don't worry about it. If this pattern continues for a month or two, get checked. Sometimes thyroid hormone problems affect cycle. There are other causes too, which can be explored by your doc. Stop any new supplements.
