See your ENT surgeon: Fess (endoscopic sinus surgery) can certainly help chronic and/or recurrent sinus infections, but most people with these issues need to continue saline irrigations and possibly medicines like nasal steroids or antihistamines. If you have been off these, allergy or sinus issues can recur. Also, there could have been scarring of your sinuses after surgery. See your ENT for a check up.
