my 13 year old son has been in contact with his instructor on sunday, her results showed + yesterday. he has had sinusitis for the last two weeks but it has gotten worse this week. he also complains of chest pain/headaches. should i be concerned?

Sinusitis: If he is febrile with thick nasal discharge, a course of antibiotics may be indicated to treat bacterial sinusitis. The viral infection COVID 19, may also cause congestion. Flu like symptoms are very typical of COVID 19, and please watch for shortness of breath, persistent cough and vomiting.
