Get an exam: Evaluating a lesion for possible identification as a type of cancer requires a clinical exam by an experienced practitioner so the internet won't really give you an answer. That said, people with certain genetic heritage often have pigmented lesions that are not worrisome and are, for them, normal. Get it looked at to put your mind at ease.
