Bump on hard palate near back..could it be cancer?

It can be..or not..: Please make sure you see the dentist for a thorough history taking and evaluation. While many of those bumps are natural variation of bone growth ( called palatial tori) , there are still some pathologic lesions and growths in these areas that can be dangerous and cancerous. Please have it checked.
