See details: Speak with your rheumatologist. The Methotrexate takes 4-6 weeks to work again. In my patients in this situation a small dose of Prednisone for 3 or 4 weeks really helps until the Methotrexate is up to speed.

As long as previousl: As long as it took the first time, but rock complaints suggest foot mechanical problem. A podiatrist conversant with orthotics would be helpful.
