I have a uti - dr today gave oral abs which i can't swallow. are iv outpatient antibiotics an option? really can't do oral meds. also on mtx for ra.

Antibiotics: Antibiotics come in many forms. Some may be given by injection, but many are available as a liquid or chewable. If you were in a hospital, there are IV options, but they are not typically given in the outpatient setting.
