Go to ER: Both Ambien and xanax (alprazolam) are sedating medications, and dangerous to take at the same time. If you've taken your entire 30 day supply of each, you have overdosed. Please get to an emergency room. Do not drive yourself. Call 911 if you have to. The staff in the er will evaluate what has happened, treat you for your overdose, and help you get further treatment with a psychiatrist.
