I take adderal and xanax (alprazolam) together and then ambien before bed. what are my health risk i am a 37 year old male

Why ?: I don't understand this combination. Adderall is to be taken in the morning for add, adhd or conditions like narcolepsy. Because Ambien is already sedating - don't know why you would need to add in xanax (alprazolam). Please discuss this thoroughly with your prescribing provider.
