What kind of damage?: Haldol (haloperidol) in the injection form is a relatively safe medication when used short term and most side effects improve quickly. Some can experience more serious side effects and there is a risk of cardiac arrhythmia, especially in the elderly. What are the damages? & could more damages have ensued without Haldol (haloperidol) injection? Your mother's own doctors may be the best source of help in your case.

Go to the ER: If there is an issue the first point of contact should be taking her to the er. They can refer you appropriate from there. If you need just an outpatient physician then you can call her insurance company and find out which physician is accepting new patients and is covered under her insurance. If in the er the social worker can help as well.
