Talk w/psychiatrist: This question is best addressed to your own psychiatrist. Sometimes oral antipsychotic meds are used in addition to long-acting injections, especially if medications are still being optimized to control your symptoms. Please tell your psychiatrist about your sleep difficulty, and what you've noticed about your responses to different medications. S/he'd want to know.

Your medication should be managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you and recommend supportive services.
