I was wondering i'm trying to gain muscle but i seem to be hungry heaps what should my diet be like for e.g what are some foods i should eat daily ?

Diet: Follow the mediterranean diet and supplement in between meals with a protein drink which has at least 15 to 20 grams of protein. Have your drink after your workout and do weight training three times a week, make sure to fatigue your muscles, keep your reps to 6 to 8 so you have enough weight to cause muscles to work hard.
