Better ways: There are better ways to lighten your teeth than using this mixture. It will not do any harm, but it most likely will not be effective either. Your dentist can help, you lighten your teeth, or you can try white strips available over the counter.

Maybe: Mixing may cause some of the ingredients in either to be bound chemically together and not be effective . Best to use them separately..

Try not to mix: Every mouth wash/rinse has a purpose, and it is best not to be a chemist and mix things up yourself... Try to use each product for its intended use.
