Shiners: You may have allergic shiners that are causing your dark spots. Consult your dovtor or an allergist for help.

Nothing: If you mean dark spots in the sclera or white part of the eye in your age they are usually benign pigmentation or genetically thinner sclera showing the bluish brown uveal tissue as darker spot. Nothing to worry about. If they enlarge (which they usually don't) then you should see an eye md.
