Dark circle under I: Swelling, blood vessal dilating/breaking as area is very sensitive. Check for food allergies milk, others ( avoid milk x 1 week) or seasonal allergies, eczema use zyrtec , nasal sprays astelin. Elevate head of bed to drain .Eat well veggies, sleep well no smkoing, check B12 home remedies ice under eye for 1-2 minutes constricts vessals, cucumber or potatoe slices. Use concealer f/u w/doc
