Spots: Spots may be nevi or birth marks. They are benign and do not impede vision.

Usually normal: They are usually a normal occurrence from development and considered normal. Rarely they are something else. An ophthalmologist can differentiate.

Hi. I just noticed some grey spots on my 3 1/2 year old daughter's white of the eye- and only on one eye. She is 1/4 black and 3/4 Caucasian.
