Sleep: We make less melatonin as we age which can contribute to poor sleep. Ask your doctor if supplementing with this over the counter supplement would be appropriate for you. Also examine your overall emotional state as stress, worry, anxiety and certain medical conditions such as alcoholism can disrupt sleep as well. Best wishes.
