Fatty liver and bad gallbladder. protein is 8.4 bilirubin was 2.0 also may have strep throat. what could this be. why would protein be high?

Dehydration: There are other possibilities, but dehydration can alter blood labs to higher than normal values. If you are not a hospital patient, make some diet changes. Increase your liquids and decrease your fat and calories. Follow up with your doc. Be well.
