Rdw is 14.4 bilirubin keeps going up it was 1.55 now its 1.99 total 0.28 indirect. function gallbladder 17% and fatty liver. could this be cancerous?

I'm worried: The direct bilirubin is up too high just to be explained by fatty liver. If you are taking any medications -- even "holistic herbal remedies" -- talk with your physician. If you are offered a biopsy or further imaging, accept it.

Alkaline phosphatase: If your alk phos is elevated with the tbil being primarily direct conjugated bil, then you may have a blockage. You should have a full set of liver function tests followed by an ultrasound and possibly ct scan followed by ERCP if a blockage is suspected. See your gastroenterologist for full evaluation.
