Penile lesions: These may be sebaceous cysts, but can be molluscum contagiosum, a sexually transmitted viral infection, or possibly a variety of other minor conditions. They are most likely whiteheads or cysts. They are generally normal anatomical variants which will not produce long term damage. Show them to your pcp and they can refer you to dermatologist if needed..

Herpes Hurts: There are so many other possibilities I am surprised you have decided it is herpes. Have you done a google image search of what penile herpes looks like? Herpes is a cluster of blisters where the top layer of the blister erodes leaving a raw pink skin surrounded by a white or yellow line that is round the edges o the ulcerated sore. Herpes is very painful. One needs a blood test to prove herpes.
