That depends: You should start a training program such as running gradually, to prevent overuse injury. When you are conditioned physically and musculoskeletally, and able to tolerate this amount of exercise without pain or discomforth, that is accweptable. Stretching before or after you run is helpful to prevent injury. See your dr if you experience joint of muscle pain.

Exercise: You are not doing too much, make sure you stretch after you run and start slowly for first 5 minutes or so until your body becomes warm as to not tear muscles. Best wishes.
