Difficult: You need to be seen and thoroughly evaluated by a good pcp and referred to appropriate specialists. Chlamydia does not produce aortic aneurysms and you do not say where in the aorta this is located, but if in the ascending aorta, syphilis must be considered. This may require surgery and outcomes are good. See someone soon and best wishes.
