You don't say what "severe symptoms" you have. Even if you had, these problems are far too complex for a forum like this, especially with it's Twitter-like word limits; almost certainly there is no single diagnosis or problem that can be fixed with ease. It is normal for healthy people test positive for chlamydia IgG (pneumoniae, trachomatis, or both). Keep working with your doctors. Good luck.
