If the blood tests indicate the carbon monoxide is out of your system, which it likely is by now, then your symptoms likely have a different cause. You should see your doctor, and perhaps a neurologist, for a complete evaluation of your symptoms. If the correct etiology is found, treatment can be rendered. Best of luck to you!

If you had a heavy dose of carbon monoxide poisoning, you can have significant post exposure neurological symptoms. Were you given oxygen inhalation treatment promptly on arrival in an ER? You might consider a consultation at a university hospital that has a department of hyperbaric oxygen therapy as specialists there may be better able to advise you about your current symptomatology&prognosis

Carbon monoxide exposure, depending on duration and intensity, can eventuate in permanent brain injury. An emergency room is not an appropriate place for a thorough diagnostic evaluation, and, as mentioned, a neurologist would be your best resource.
