Triggers for seizure: Sleep deprevation, failing to take all doses of prescribed anticonvulsants, stress and hyperventilation, low blood sugar, medications that can cause seizures as a side effect or combinations that can trigger seizures, flickering lights for those are light sensitive are some known triggers.
