A member asked:

Can following a bike's flashing led trigger seizures in strobe-sensitive epilepsy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Absolutely!: Each person with epilepsy may or may not have triggering factors; whether the led will cause a seizure depends on the speed of the flash as well as the individual. If the flash frequency is really slow, it may not trigger a seizure.
