See Me: People often say, "that was harder then pulling teeth". I think that pulling teeth is relatively easy. I do it all of the time. That being said, I am assuming you mean your own or your child's. A child's tooth is designed by nature to come out on it's own. Give it time. If it's your tooth there is no easy, do it yourself way without seeing a dentist. Sorry.
