I have a lose tooth. should i pull it out?

See your dentist 1st: If an adult tooth is loose, one should see their dentist and resist the temptation of pulling the tooth. The dentist needs to find out why an adult tooth is loose (tooth fracture, infection, trauma, severe gingivitis, etc.).

No: You should not attempt this yourself, but have it evaluated by a dentist to see if saving it or removing it is the best option.

Hard to say...: .. why is it loose? Can it be treated? It's usually better to try to save the tooth than extract it. Your dentist, who can examine you, will explain what's best for your specific situation.
