See your eye doctor: Cool compresses and antihistamines can help with allergic swelling related to the bite, but you should see your eye doctor to determine if there is an infection which might require antibiotics.

Relax: See an eye doctor just to make sure it's not infected. Otherwise an ophthalmologist can treat it topically. Warm compresses and anti-allergy meds can help. If its infected you may need antibiotics. That is assuming it truly is a bug bite. I have seen full abscesses be passed off as big bites. Better off getting it checked out. Feel better.
