Yes: Please tell your therapist right away. If you have a suicide plan with an urge to act on it, then you need immediate help, either from your therapist or at the nearest emergency room. You can be transported by a friend or relative or call 911 for emergency services. Don't withhold something this important from your therapist. God bless.

Therapy is safe: If you don't believe you can be open and honest with your therapist then you are not with the right therapist. Don't be afraid to change you are worth it.
