Binge eating: Binge eating is a result of a number of factors, the body's method of compensating for nutritional restriction combined with eating being used as a means of coping with feeling powerless. It can stop at anytime, even during a binge. You can do it! 1.Food is just food. My body needs food every 2-3hr. 2.Separate food from emotion. Eat food for nutrition then food for pure "treat"when full.Seek help.
