See you surgeon.: Most women who have implants have some bruising and tenderness post operation. This usually improves over time. If one has continued pain, swelling and a difference in size they need to follow up with their surgeon , especially after 2 months. Accumulations of blood and fluid can occur. Good luck.

See surgeon: This does not sou d normal and should be evaluated. A big bump may actually be the implant or an implant fold. Smaller bumps may be cysts, infection or sutures. Discuss with a qualified physician. I would not ignore.
