If bleeding now: See a podiatrist to remove the blood or what is called a subungual hematoma. If can't see someone elevate it and put some compression on it until you can.

If dried: If the blood has dried, and it is not taking up over 50% of the nail, i would just leave it alone. Eventually it will grow out and you can trim it as it goes. If it is taking up most of the nail, there is a good chance the nail will eventually fall off. I would see a podiatrist if this is the case.
