Yes: Yes, but please be examined for other causes by a GI specialist. You may wish to have your hemorrhoid s removed or treated as per your GI doc who will also want to look into your chronic diarrhea as well. Double vision is obviously not normal and will require a neurology consult. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
