IBS: Unless this is a very recent development, irritable bowel syndrome is likely, but lactose and gluten intolerance have to be considered. If it's IBS, your physician could prescribe an antspasmodic medication like bentyl which can be taken 1/2 hour before breakfast which prepares your gastrointestinal tract for the meal and should prevent the reaction of cramps and diarrhea.
