Go see your doctor: I hate to say it but there's not enough information for us/me to hazard a guess. Your doctor needs to examine you and take a thorough history. After all, the possibilities are almost endless ranging from lipoma to sebaceous cyst to ingrown hair to who knows what. Bottom line, go see your doc & give her/him as much info (history) as possible including travel, new meds & foods plus ill contacts.
