I have bumps in my inner thighs and near my buttocks. they don't hurt or itch i didn't even know they were there and there not itchy and there not red?

Bumps: You may have some skin tags. I would see your doctor to make sure. If they are skin tags they can be removed if you want.

Likely benign: While they could be skin tags, there are many other causes of non-itchy nor red bumps including keratosis pilaris which is a build up of dead skin cells around hair follicles looking like small goose bumps. If they are multiple, insect bites are less likely. Molluscum contagiosum (sounds like Harry Potter!) is also a possibility or warts. See your doctor/dermatologist for confirmation.
